Rare Dan ceremonial Grebo mask from Ivory Coast border area of Liberia. Zoomorphic style design with elephant type trunk reaching down from forehead with a hand at the bottom. Tusks arch out on each side and traditional Dan circular eye holes and nose shape. Striped white and dark pigment with signs of age and use.
