Shipping Methods
Small Items: Shipped via UPS as small parcel boxes within in approx. Small parcel items ship within 3-4 business days.
Large Items: Shipped via curbside pallet delivery or local white glove delivery. Large pallet items ship within 7-10 business days.
Curbside Delivery: Includes delivery to the curb only. Does not include setup, assembly, or packaging removal. A signature from someone 18 or older is required. Delivery company will contact you to arrange date and time of arrival. Correct NAME and CONTACT number is required for proper delivery service. Delivery time is estimated at 7-14 business days depending on the distance from Los Angeles Ca.
Local White Glove Delivery: Local delivery quotes are available upon request and are billed directly to the customer at the current hourly rate though the qualified third-party service.
Customer Pickup: Customer pickup is available. MIX can help load the product and provide minimal wrapping if needed. A valid ID and signature are required for ALL customer pickups as well as a copy of the original receipt.
Customer Freight & Rentals: Customer may choose to use their own freight, shipping or delivery service. In this case, the carrier is FULLY responsible for the merchandise once it leaves our facility. Design MIX Furniture Inc. is not liable for damages or missing items handled by third-party carriers. An extra fee may be charged for wrapping, pelleting and crating. It is the customers responsibility to check all good carefully before pickup.
Shipping Rates & Timeline: At checkout, your shipping rate will be automatically calculated based on your shipping address. Shipping rates change frequently and are subject to adjustments. MIX may be able to quote a lower delivery price depending on location and the products being delivered. Large pallet items generally ship within 7-10 business days. Small parcel items ship within 3-4 business days. Delivery times are based on the geographic location from Los Angeles, CA.

Tracking Information: Once your order is processed, tracking information will be emailed to the address you provided during checkout. Please check you spam or junk folder if you do not see the tracking information.
Damages: All items are shipped fully insured. Upon delivery: Inspect the box and packaging carefully before signing. If you notice visible damage, please:
1)Note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
2)Take photographs and document the damage by showing the delivery company directly.
3)Contact the freight company first to file a claim, and then notify Design MIX Furniture for further assistance in filing an insurance claim.
Missing Items: To qualify for a replacement by the carriers insurance. Verify the items against the Bill of Lading during unloading. Immediately note any missing items on the Bill of Lading. Do not sign the Bill of Lading until you've thoroughly checked the shipment. Contact Design MIX Furniture directly to inform us about any missing items.
Important Notes: Missed Delivery Appointments: If you miss a delivery appointment, it is your responsibility to reschedule directly with the carrier. The carrier may charge additional storage fees, which will be your responsibility. Change of Address: Any change of delivery address after the shipment is in transit may incur redirect fees OR may not be possible. Please contact Design MIX Furniture immediately and we will assist.
